Iconic House has come up with a new "Weekends" offer, tailor-made for families or groups of friends, with the aim of offering short, dreamy breaks in the various properties that make up its collection today.

ICONIC WEEK-ENDS: enjoyment is the only thing that counts

From March, and for the first time since the launch, it will be possible to enjoy a short stay (Friday to Sunday) in Iconic House properties outside the high season - until now reserved for longer stays. Everything has been designed to make life easier for guests, who will be able to make the most of their weekend getaway.

The offer is based on 4 pillars:

• ENJOY: fully-equipped, kid-friendly properties, all less than 4 hours from Paris.
• FREEDOM: the pleasure of enjoying the total freedom offered by the setting of a private home
• RELAX: very (very) late check-out on Sundays at 7pm, so you can make the most of your weekend right up to the last minute
• STRESS-FREE: the full range of Iconic House services to make your stay worry-free (breakfast served in the morning, daily housekeeping, shopping service, transfer/restaurant/activity bookings and Chef on request)

THE (ICONIC) HOUSE IS THE NEW HOTEL

By renting a property in its entirety, guests can enjoy an incognito stay, away from the crowds, in total discretion. They prefer the intimacy and space of a private home to the setting of a hotel, where all the guests have to rub shoulders.

No more crowded swimming pools, busy sun loungers, shared hammams, queues at the breakfast buffet...

The hotel also dictates certain constraints (opening hours, restaurant reservations, restrictions on children's access to the pool, check-out times, etc.), whereas the new Iconic House 'Weekends' offer complete freedom. Renting private houses also seems much more suited to large groups (families, friends, etc.) who enjoy the freedom of being able to invite friends as they wish, organise parties, let the children make noise, etc.  Something that is complicated, if not impossible, in a hotel.

Cicadas, Provence and optical art in Gordes

Les Hauts de Gordes offers one of the most beautiful views of the village of Gordes, in the heart of the Luberon. The property is a heartfelt ode to the region, embodying the quintessence of Provence in its purest vision. With its choice of materials and colours, its work with craftsmen and its emphasis on local know-how, the project offers a unique interpretation of the Provençal art of living. The décor has been designed in collaboration with interior architect Jérémie du Chaffaut, a native of Provence, in a passionate and down-to-earth approach. Also not to be missed is the collection of some forty works of art scattered around the interior and garden of the bastide, echoing the optical and kinetic arts and Vasarely, a local figure.

Surf, dunes et typical architecture in Hossegor

With Les Bords du Lac, Iconic House reveals its vision of the Ocean House - a sort of dream pied à terre, just a stone's throw from the most beautiful rollers on the Atlantic. Working alongside Dorothée Delaye, Thibaud Elzière and Robin Michel have created an ambitious design, marked by a strong choice of materials and colours in a beautiful Basque-Landes building on the shores of Hossegor's Lac Marin. A vibrant interior where second-hand furniture, made-to-measure pieces and works of art mingle in a chic, sunny, resolutely Californian universe.
